Description

A startup is much more than a business plan or a piece of technology; it is a Living System made of people. While most founders focus on perfecting their product, the most successful ones realize that their Team is their First Product. This course introduces the concept of Human Practices—the intentional habits and systems designed to build a foundation of clarity, trust, and speed within your organization.

Through this module, you will learn how to transition from “accidental collaboration” to a deliberate design of your team’s culture. You will discover how to manage internal energy, define clear ownership, and embrace the necessary tensions that lead to high performance.

Core Contents & Learning Journey:

  • The Team as an Alliance: Learn why every collaborator is a stakeholder and how to build a partnership based on shared vision rather than just hierarchy.
  • Normalizing Tensions: Understand Tuckman’s Stages of Group Development (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing). You will learn that conflict (Storming) is a requirement for growth, not a sign of failure.
  • Clarity and Ownership: Master tools like the Role Canvas to define autonomy. Learn how to eliminate the “Founder Bottleneck” by being crystal clear about who owns what and what decisions can be made independently.
  • Rituals over Meetings: Discover how to replace soul-crushing meetings with Intentional Rituals (like Daily Syncs) that focus on unblocking the system and managing collective energy.
  • Feedback: Learn the “I Like, I Wish, I Learned” framework to build a culture of continuous improvement where feedback is seen as a gift of care, not a judgment.
